Baptisms

When we enter the waters of baptism, we are proclaiming the gospel message.

Jesus died for our sins, was buried and lives again.

By joining in baptism, we are identifying ourselves with Him, Romans 6:4 says we have been buried with Him through baptism into death.

We are now dead to the power of sin. Being raised up out of the water expresses our new life in Christ and our union with Him.

We offer baptism to all those who desire it.

Children and infants are baptised at our main Sunday service or at other times by arrangement with the Priest. No one is too old to be baptised and confirmed. Adults may be baptised at any stage, normally in conjunction with being confirmed and with appropriate preparation.

There is no fee for a baptism (includes 3 Godparents)

However there is an £3 charge per additional Godparent certificate.
